The youth population constitutes the major portion in the Indian economy. While looking at the larger picture we can see that while the urban population of the youth are much more accessible to the modern amenities and privileges the rural population are suffering from numerous hiccups to find a place among their counterparts. The reasons can be many like underemployment, lack of awareness, illiteracy etc.
Now the question is how to shape up these youth population of the country to march towards a progressive nation. We can take an instance of the Northeast India where youth comprises a total of 43% of the total population. And the best thing about these youth is they are much energised and have zeal to achieve the oddest. They have got the gift of gab, agility and potential to make a mark in the society.
So, we at FST India is trying to mark a revolution by developing the skills of these youth by refining their skillsets, public speaking skills, developing their managerial aptitude, sculpturing their talents to the right usage and such.
